These Terms and Conditions govern the offer and sale of Travel Products (as defined below) on the website https://discovera.it/ and other web addresses that redirect to https://discovera.it/, operated by Sportit S.r.l., with registered office in Milan, Piazza Santa Francesca Romana 3, ZIP code 20129, registered in the Milan Business Register under no. MI – 2098729, tax code and VAT number 09545330962, and authorized as an online travel agency by the Municipality of Milan (Authorization Prot. 1. Authorized Purchasers
Purchases on the Discovera platform can be made by all consumers, both individuals and legal entities.
2. Offered Products/Services
The products offered by Discovera can only be used during the validity dates of the Travel Package.
On the website, it is possible to purchase Travel Packages that include a Mobility Product, as defined in Article 2.1, and at least one Experience Product/Service, as defined in Article 2.2.
The package cannot be divided or modified in any way. The services included in the offered Travel Package are not available for individual purchase.
Sportit Srl cannot be held responsible for any intentional and/or accidental damage to property and/or persons resulting from the purchase of products sold through the Discovera marketplace (intended as the Website).

2.1. Mobility Products
The Mobility Product is sold in collaboration with transportation service providers.
By purchasing the package, the customer agrees to the conditions imposed by Discovera’s partner organizations—where explicitly stated by the organization itself.
The partner providers of mobility services are solely responsible for the quality of the service offered. The images displayed on the Discovera website are for illustrative purposes only and represent a product/service of a similar category to the one being sold/provided.
The user must arrive at the time specified by the service provider. No refunds will be issued in case of absence or late arrival.
2.2 Experience Product/Service
The Experience Product/Service is sold in collaboration with experience service providers.
By purchasing the package, the customer agrees to the conditions imposed by Discovera’s partner organizations—where explicitly stated by the organization itself.
The partner providers of experience services are solely responsible for the quality of the service offered. The images displayed on the Discovera website are for illustrative purposes only and represent a product/service of a similar category to the one being sold/provided.
The user must arrive at the time specified by the service provider. No refunds will be issued in case of absence or late arrival.
3. Withdrawal and Booking Modification Conditions
3.1. Withdrawal by Discovera
If necessary, the provider reserves the right to contact the user to make changes to the package up to 24 hours before the validity date.
3.2. Withdrawal and Modification by the User
The specific terms regarding the right of withdrawal/cancellation for Travel Products and related Optional Services/Products are detailed in the description of each individual product and vary depending on the partner and the selected trip.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, cancellations are not permitted.
Discovera will accept and process booking modifications in accordance with the availability of Third-Party Partners.
In case of service disruptions, such as:

Railway line interruptions due to bad weather or force majeure;

Unexpected closures due to bad weather or force majeure;

Requests from Public Security Authorities;

4. Discount Vouchers and Gift Cards
Sportit Srl is a partner of third-party companies that provide services on behalf of Discovera.
4.1. Discount Vouchers
How to use a discount voucher:

Select products from those available on https://discovera.it/.

Add the desired product(s) to your cart.

At checkout, enter your discount code in the designated section.

The discount will be applied as follows:

If the total cart value is equal to or lower than the discount voucher value: no payment is required.

If the total cart value exceeds the discount voucher value: the difference will be charged to the user using the selected payment method.

Check the expiration date of your discount voucher. The discount code can be used for a single cart transaction and, if not fully utilized, does not generate any remaining credit.
4.2. Gift Cards
How to use a Gift Card:

During the purchase process, you can choose from the available denominations.

After completing the purchase, you will receive an email with the gift voucher and detailed instructions on how to use it.

If you want to gift a Gift Card, you can enter the recipient’s details at the time of purchase and personalize it with a message, which will be automatically sent to the recipient’s email address.
Terms of Use

The Gift Card is valid for one year from the date of purchase and can be used on all products available on our website.

The code cannot be combined with other discount codes or partially redeemed. Any remaining balance cannot be used for future purchases.
Withdrawal Conditions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to Gift Cards.
5. Products and Prices
The products are described on the "Product Description" page available on the Website.
Prices are listed in Euros (€) and always include VAT.
Where applicable, the price shown in the catalog refers to the category of travelers with the lowest price. Any additional charges for adults will be added during the purchase process.
