You can find the confirmed orders in your profile in the section
Account > My orders
The summary of useful information is in the order itself and in the confirmation email sent to the address associated with your account.
In addition to the confirmation email you will receive another one with the train ticket attached in PDF format.
For some packages there is an additional email with the QR code to show to the service provider.
If you did not receive the email or accidentally deleted it, you can resend it (to the same or another address) by clicking on the order reference: the system will automatically resend all emails related to the order.
